Terms of Use

Sections

Acceptance and eligibility. Adults able to contract; business use by shops and freelancers.
The service. A ledger tool to record who owes whom, with reminders, statements, installment tracking and linked accounts. It is not a point of sale, inventory system, bank, lender, payment processor, accounting or legal advice. Installment plans record agreements between the shop and its customer; we do not provide financing.
Your data and responsibility. You own your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries and for having the right to store third parties' names and phone numbers. Do not use reminders to harass or threaten; comply with local debt-collection laws.
WhatsApp/SMS. We prepare messages; you send them; subject to WhatsApp's and your carrier's terms. No automatic sending.
Accounts. Not required to use the free ledger; required for backup, Pro and linked accounts; keep credentials safe; one account per phone number / local data belongs to one account.
Linked accounts. Both parties consent; the creator edits their entries; the other party can confirm, merge or dispute; disputes are not resolved by Mizaniti; unlinking leaves each side a copy; we are not an arbitrator or evidence provider [lawyer to confirm wording].
Subscriptions. Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription. Prices are as shown in the store at the time of purchase («الأسعار كما تظهر في المتجر وقت الشراء»), in your currency; the website lists no prices. Billing through Google Play / Apple; auto-renew; cancel in store settings; refunds per store policy; taxes included/excluded as the store shows. Free tier limits (PDF and CSV statements are free and unlimited; 5 bill photos). Lapse behaviour: oldest book stays editable, others read-only, live sync paused; the phone keeps everything, the oldest book stays backed up on the server for free, and other books' server copies are deleted 90 days after Pro ends unless renewed.
Acceptable use. No illegal use, abuse of linking or invitations, reverse engineering, overloading services.
Intellectual property. The app and brand belong to the developer; license to use.
Availability and changes. Free works offline; sync needs internet; we may change features with notice; end of service handling.
Disclaimers and liability. Provided "as is"; not liable for lost data (keep exports/backups) or indirect loss; cap per law [lawyer].
Termination. You can stop and delete any time; we may suspend for breach.
