The short version

• Without an account, your ledger lives in a database on your phone and nothing in it is sent to us.
• An account is optional. You need one only for backup, sync, Pro and linked accounts, and you sign in with Google, Apple or an email code, never a phone number.
• We do not sell your data or share your ledger with advertisers. You can delete your account and all its server data from inside the app.

Who we are

The Mizaniti app (app ID app.mizaniti) and the mizaniti.app website are operated by Hesham Elaw (heshamshawky.com), the developer. Contact: support@mizaniti.app. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the developer.

Data on your device

By default you use Mizaniti without an account. Everything you enter is stored in a local database on your phone: customers and suppliers (their name, and phone number if you enter one), entries, amounts, notes, due dates, installment plans, books, bill photos and your shop logo. The app works fully offline with it, and nothing is sent to us.

Uninstalling the app deletes this data. Export it, or turn on backup, first if you want to keep it.

Your country

On first launch you pick a language and a country. The country stays on your phone unless you sign in. If you sign in, it is sent to us to set your default currency and for aggregate regional statistics (for example, how many accounts are in each country). It is never shown to other users, including linked customers and suppliers, and it is deleted with your account.

Account (optional)

You need an account only for backup, sync, Pro and linked accounts. You can sign in with:

• Google: we receive your email address, your name and your Google account ID.
• Apple (on iPhone, coming later): we receive your Apple ID identifier, plus your email address and name if you choose to share them.
• Email with a 6-digit code: we email you a one-time code from no-reply@mizaniti.app, sent through our own mail server.

We never ask for your phone number to sign in, and we do not store any passwords.

Backup and sync

After you sign in, free users can back up one book. Pro backs up and syncs all your books across your devices. What is uploaded: the synced books themselves and their customers and suppliers (names and phone numbers), entries, notes and installment plans. It travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server.

It is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our own server, rented from Vultr in Chicago, USA, and kept separate per account so no other user can reach it.

To be clear about security: the connection is encrypted, but your backup is not end-to-end encrypted. On the server it is stored in a form that we, as the server operator, can technically read. We would rather tell you this than let you assume otherwise. If you are not comfortable with it, keep using Mizaniti without an account: nothing then leaves your phone.

Bill photos and your shop logo are not uploaded in this version. They stay on your phone. (Photo backup is planned for a later version, and this policy will be updated before it ships.)

If Pro ends, sync stops. The server copy of your books is kept for 90 days in case you renew, then deleted. The one book a free account can back up is not affected.

Linked accounts

You can link a customer or supplier who also uses Mizaniti. You invite them by email or with your personal code. Once linked, the other side sees only the entries on that shared account: amount, date, note, who created the entry and whether it is confirmed. They do not see your other customers, suppliers or books.

Permissions, and why

Every permission is optional and requested when you use the feature it belongs to. Declining it does not stop you using the app.

• Contacts: to pick a customer or supplier from your phone. Only the contact you choose is read (its name and number). Your address book is not uploaded.
• Camera and photos: to attach bill photos and set your shop logo. They stay on your phone.
• Fingerprint (biometrics): to unlock the app lock. Matching is done by your phone's operating system; we never receive or store your fingerprint.
• Notifications: see Push notifications below.

The app lock («كلمة مرور التطبيق», a password plus optional fingerprint) is stored on your phone only.

WhatsApp and SMS

For reminders and statements, the app prepares the message text and opens WhatsApp or your SMS app. You tap send yourself. We have no access to your WhatsApp account or your messages.

Push notifications

Notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. For each signed-in device we store a push token. We use it for link invites, entry confirmations and due-date reminders (Pro). Notification payloads do not contain names or amounts.

Advertising

The free version shows small Google AdMob banners (never on the entry screen). To choose and count these ads, AdMob receives device identifiers, including your advertising ID, and handles them under Google's privacy policy.

None of your ledger data, names or amounts goes to AdMob or any advertiser. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings, and Pro removes ads entirely.

Analytics and crash reports

• Firebase Analytics: aggregate usage events, such as "a reminder was sent" or "a statement was shared" with the channel or format used. They contain no names, phone numbers, amounts, notes or other ledger content. We use them to learn which features are used.
• Firebase Crashlytics: when the app crashes, a technical report is sent: the error, where it happened in the code, your device model and OS version. It contains no ledger data.

Purchases and third parties

Pro subscriptions are paid through Google Play billing and managed with RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status only, never your card details.

The app and its service rely on: Google Play (payments), RevenueCat (subscription status), Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple (on iPhone, coming later), Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging (usage statistics, crash reports and notifications), Vultr (server hosting) and our own mail server (sign-in codes). Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy and may do so in other countries.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share ledger data with advertisers. We may disclose data only when the law requires it.

Children

Mizaniti is a tool for shops and freelancers. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If such data reaches us, we delete it.

Retention and deletion

• Data on your phone stays until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Account data and backups stay on our server while your account exists, except as described for an ended Pro subscription above.
• In the app: More → «حذف الحساب والبيانات» (Delete account and data) closes your account immediately: you can no longer sign in, pending link invites are cancelled, and linked customers and suppliers keep their own copy. All its server data is then erased within 30 days. An internet connection is needed.
• Without the app: email support@mizaniti.app from your registered email address, and we will act on your request within 30 days.
• Technical server logs, without ledger content, are kept for 30 days.

We update this policy when a feature handles data differently. The last-updated date is at the top of this page, and we will tell you in the app about material changes.

بياناتك على هاتفك

تستخدم ميزانيتي افتراضيًا بدون حساب. كل ما تُدخله يُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات محلية على هاتفك: العملاء والموردون (الاسم، ورقم الهاتف إن أدخلته)، والحركات والمبالغ والملاحظات ومواعيد الاستحقاق وخطط الأقساط والدفاتر وصور الفواتير وشعار المحل. يعمل التطبيق بها كاملًا دون إنترنت، ولا يُرسل إلينا منها شيء.

حذف التطبيق يحذف هذه البيانات. إن أردت الاحتفاظ بها فصدّرها أو فعّل النسخ الاحتياطي قبل الحذف.

دولتك

عند أول تشغيل تختار اللغة والدولة. تبقى الدولة على هاتفك ما لم تسجّل الدخول. فإن سجّلت الدخول تُرسل إلينا لضبط عملتك الافتراضية ولإحصاءات إقليمية مجمّعة (مثل عدد الحسابات في كل دولة). لا تظهر لأي مستخدم آخر، بما في ذلك العملاء والموردون المرتبطون بك، وتُحذف مع حسابك.

الحساب (اختياري)

تحتاج الحساب فقط للنسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة وبرو والحسابات المرتبطة. طرق تسجيل الدخول:

• جوجل: نستقبل بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك ومعرّف حسابك في جوجل.
• أبل (على iPhone، قريبًا): نستقبل معرّف Apple ID، وبريدك واسمك إن اخترت مشاركتهما.
• البريد برمز من 6 أرقام: نرسل إليك رمزًا لمرة واحدة من no-reply@mizaniti.app عبر خادم البريد الخاص بنا.

لا نطلب رقم هاتفك لتسجيل الدخول أبدًا، ولا نخزّن أي كلمات مرور.

النسخ الاحتياطي والمزامنة

بعد تسجيل الدخول، يستطيع المستخدم المجاني نسخ دفتر واحد احتياطيًا. أما برو فينسخ كل دفاترك ويزامنها بين أجهزتك. ما يُرفع: الدفاتر المتزامنة نفسها، وعملاؤها وموردوها (الأسماء وأرقام الهواتف)، والحركات والملاحظات وخطط الأقساط. ويتم النقل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) إلى خادمنا.

تُحفظ البيانات في قاعدة بيانات PostgreSQL على خادمنا الخاص المستأجَر من Vultr في شيكاغو بالولايات المتحدة، ومعزولة لكل حساب فلا يصل إليها مستخدم آخر.

بوضوح عن الأمان: الاتصال مشفّر، لكن النسخة الاحتياطية ليست مشفّرة من طرف إلى طرف. فهي محفوظة على الخادم بصيغة نستطيع نحن، بصفتنا من يدير الخادم، قراءتها تقنيًا. نفضّل أن نخبرك بهذا على أن تفترض غيره. وإن لم يناسبك ذلك فاستخدم ميزانيتي بدون حساب، وعندها لا يغادر هاتفك شيء.

صور الفواتير وشعار المحل لا تُرفع في هذا الإصدار، وتبقى على هاتفك. (نسخ الصور احتياطيًا مخطط لإصدار لاحق، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل إطلاقه.)

إذا انتهى اشتراك برو تتوقف المزامنة، وتُحفظ نسخة دفاترك على الخادم 90 يومًا تحسبًا لتجديدك، ثم تُحذف. ولا يتأثر الدفتر الواحد الذي يحق للحساب المجاني نسخه.

الحسابات المرتبطة

يمكنك ربط حساب عميل أو مورد يستخدم ميزانيتي أيضًا، بدعوة عبر البريد أو بكودك الشخصي. بعد الربط يرى الطرف الآخر حركات الحساب المشترك فقط: المبلغ والتاريخ والملاحظة ومن أنشأ الحركة وحالة تأكيدها. ولا يرى عملاءك أو مورديك الآخرين ولا دفاترك الأخرى.

الأذونات، ولماذا يطلبها التطبيق

كل إذن اختياري ويُطلب عند استخدام الميزة التي تخصّه، ورفضه لا يمنعك من استخدام التطبيق.

• جهات الاتصال: لاختيار عميل أو مورد من هاتفك. يُقرأ فقط الاسم والرقم لجهة الاتصال التي تختارها، ولا يُرفع دفتر جهات اتصالك.
• الكاميرا والصور: لإرفاق صور الفواتير وضبط شعار المحل، وتبقى على هاتفك.
• البصمة: لفتح قفل التطبيق. تتم المطابقة عبر نظام تشغيل هاتفك، ولا نستقبل بصمتك ولا نخزّنها.
• الإشعارات: انظر قسم الإشعارات أدناه.

«كلمة مرور التطبيق» (كلمة مرور مع البصمة اختياريًا) تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط.

واتساب والرسائل النصية

للتذكيرات وكشوف الحساب، يجهّز التطبيق نص الرسالة ويفتح واتساب أو تطبيق الرسائل، وأنت من يضغط إرسال. لا نصل إلى حسابك في واتساب ولا إلى رسائلك.

الإشعارات

تصل الإشعارات عبر Firebase Cloud Messaging. نحفظ رمز إشعارات (push token) لكل جهاز مسجّل الدخول، ونستخدمه لدعوات الربط وتأكيد الحركات وتذكيرات مواعيد الاستحقاق (برو). لا تحتوي الإشعارات على أسماء أو مبالغ.

الإعلانات

تعرض النسخة المجانية إعلانات بانر صغيرة من Google AdMob (ولا تظهر أبدًا في شاشة تسجيل الحركة). ولاختيار هذه الإعلانات وقياسها تستقبل AdMob معرّفات الجهاز، ومنها المعرّف الإعلاني، وتتعامل معها وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.

لا يصل إلى AdMob أو أي معلن شيء من بيانات دفترك ولا أسماء ولا مبالغ. يمكنك إعادة ضبط المعرّف الإعلاني أو إيقاف الإعلانات المخصّصة من إعدادات جهازك، واشتراك برو يزيل الإعلانات تمامًا.

التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال

• Firebase Analytics: أحداث استخدام مجمّعة، مثل «أُرسل تذكير» أو «شورك كشف حساب» مع القناة أو الصيغة المستخدمة. لا تحتوي على أسماء أو أرقام هواتف أو مبالغ أو ملاحظات أو أي محتوى من دفترك. نستخدمها لمعرفة الميزات المستخدمة فعلًا.
• Firebase Crashlytics: عند توقف التطبيق فجأة يُرسل تقرير تقني: الخطأ، ومكان حدوثه في الكود، وطراز الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل. لا يحتوي على أي بيانات من دفترك.

المشتريات والأطراف الثالثة

يُدفع اشتراك برو عبر نظام الفوترة في Google Play ويُدار عبر RevenueCat. نستقبل حالة الاشتراك فقط، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أبدًا.

يعتمد التطبيق وخدمته على: Google Play (المدفوعات)، وRevenueCat (حالة الاشتراك)، وتسجيل الدخول بجوجل، وتسجيل الدخول بأبل (على iPhone، قريبًا)، وGoogle AdMob (الإعلانات)، وFirebase Analytics وCrashlytics وCloud Messaging (إحصاءات الاستخدام وتقارير الأعطال والإشعارات)، وVultr (استضافة الخادم)، وخادم البريد الخاص بنا (رموز الدخول). يعالج كل طرف البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، وقد يكون ذلك في دول أخرى.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشارك بيانات دفترك مع المعلنين. ولا نفصح عن بيانات إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

الأطفال

ميزانيتي أداة للمحلات وأصحاب المهن الحرة، وليست مخصّصة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. وإن وصلتنا بيانات طفل نحذفها.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• البيانات على هاتفك تبقى حتى تحذفها أو تحذف التطبيق.
• بيانات الحساب والنسخ الاحتياطية تبقى على خادمنا ما دام حسابك موجودًا، باستثناء ما ذُكر أعلاه عند انتهاء برو.
• من التطبيق: «المزيد ← حذف الحساب والبيانات» يغلق حسابك فورًا: لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول به بعدها، وتُلغى دعوات الربط المعلّقة، ويحتفظ العملاء والموردون المرتبطون بنسختهم. ثم تُمحى كل بياناته من خادمنا خلال 30 يومًا. يلزم اتصال بالإنترنت.
• بدون التطبيق: راسلنا على support@mizaniti.app من بريدك المسجّل، وننفذ طلبك خلال 30 يومًا.
• سجلات الخادم التقنية، بدون محتوى الدفاتر، تُحفظ 30 يومًا.
